Creativity
TOMO is a friend and full-time passenger. I designed the branding concept for the TOMO interface system, a project sponsored by Toyota and Fujutsu Sen. Each letter in the TOMO logo is derived from the iconic Toyota logo, and in combination, the letters reform the original Toyota logo, subtly preserving Toyota's brand equity.The name is an abbreviation of the iconic Tomoguchi virtual pets of the 1990's. Now, TOMO is grown up and has evolved into a fully interactive, intuitive vehicle interface system. TOMO is the interface of the future, and we're developing a product that can be implemented by 2020.

Young Joo Tak did not encounter any design challenges while designing the award winning Tomo Branding & Interface Design Interface System For Future Car.
